THE POOR BLESSED VIRGIN

She stands, alone, cold, weary
after traveling many days and nights.
Why was she chosen to bear this Holy Child?
Must she do it alone?
Will Heaven help her?

  1. Reblogged this on Campbells World and commented:
Before I share this with you, I’d like to invite and encourage you to press the play button provided you for the recording of Abbie reading her poem.
Not only will you be treated to her lovely reading but you will be beautifully blessed with her singing a most wondrous song, during which I found myself asking for the strength asked for in these spirit filled words.
As I listened and prayed, I felt the ministering of many angel’s arms.
    Blessid be Abbie, sing on.
You’ve blessed me this holiday season.
